Local strawberries have arrived in Caledon! How fabulous is that? And seriously what goes best with local strawberries is chocolate cake….Yum-a-licious!

Chocolate cake is the perfect vehicle to inspire kids to eat tender fruits! This recipe can be made into cupcakes too and you can make strawberry compote if you choose or drizzle the cake with a little local honey and/or maple syrup.
