No dyes, no preservatives just delicious fun!

Birthday parties and celebrations are always a lot of fun. The most delicious part of the day is of course cake! Anastasia was in charge of her sisters birthday dessert and she chose to make her and her fiends delicious Apple bran muffins.

Our recipe calls for whole ingredients, spelt flour-locally milled, Ontario apples, farm fresh eggs, and spiced up just right with cinnamon,  ginger and cloves! The Yummy icing is egg whites with very little sugar  and  coconut oil…Yummy!

When making your next Birthday or celebration dessert try adding fresh or frozen fruit, and try sourcing local organic and or whole flours. The kids loved the taste!

No funky dyes, preservatives and ingredients we cannot understand. We kept the dessert fun by adding our decorations to our simply delicious dessert.
