from garden to barbecue

Deliciously inspired “Roasted Cherry Tomato Pizza” straight from the garden using the freshest, most local ingredients I could find. We sourced what we could from the backyard first.


Fresh cherry tomatoes picked by the girls earlier in the day.
Seasoned and roasted in the oven at 425 for 30 minutes.


Topped with sweet garden onions and fresh peppers from a local farm.
A touch of oregano, walnut oil, and sea salt.
Assembled on the grill!


In 15 short minutes we are ready to eat…delicious!

It is time to start canning local tomatoes, roast peppers, carrots, corn, pickles, onions, salsa, jams and so much more.
