Dandelion and Swiss Chard are two of my favourite greens to grow as they keep producing until the snow falls. The taste changes slightly for the dandelion but he Swiss Chard maintains its flavour all season. Eating greens everyday beats taking multi vitamins or supplements.
Since we are eating more processed, white and refined foods adding simple greens like dandelion and Swiss Chard to your daily diet can certainly help detoxify and cleanse the body. Our bodies are constantly being overwhelmed with GMO’s, toxins, pollutants, chemicals, pesticides.
